Payment not received by the 10th of the month will be subject to finance charge at Konicom's going rate. There is a $25 charge on returned checks. Service can be cut off without notice for non-payment by the 20th of the month. Customer will be liable for Konicom's costs related to the collection of any sum due, including but not limit to, overhead allocated to employee effort, legal fees and expenses incurred, if failed to pay as agreed. By signing below, customer confirms that he/she has been informed of this payment policy. Furthermore, if credit card information is given to Konicom, customer authorizes Konicom to charge the monthly total amount shown above to the credit card specified in this service order, on the first day of each month for the remote data backup service provided in the same month. • One of Konicom's offsite backup specialists will call you after receiving your application form to schedule a remote backup setup either onsite (within the Sacramento area) or remotely (outside the Sacramento area).
• We will install online remote backup software (128MB free space required) on your PC or Server.
• We will test the backup over the next a few days to ensure the program is working properly.
• Upon the completion of remote backup setup, you will be given an encryption key for accessing and retrieving your data.
• If you want to retrieve data yourself, you can refer to the instructions on our Tech Support Page.
• If you need help in retrieving your data, we are just a phone call away.
• Our Tech Support team will monitor the remote data backup on a daily basis and will inform you of any problem. We will then fix the problem at no cost to you.
• Upon request, we can set up a client login for you to view remote data backup reports, modify or restrict online access with pre-defined list of IP addresses, retrieve data files and perform other account management activities.
